These variables can take many forms including addictions, depression, past traumatic events, and anxiety, especially related to future transitions. Most significantly, we lose a sense of who we are and what we have to offer others.
I have worked in many unique environments and have had extensive training when addressing familial concerns and how each individual role affects the overall human experience. My personal experiences as a mobile crisis counselor, and individual therapist enhanced my therapeutic approach with more breadth, discernment, and warmth.
I understand the value of encouragement related to sustaining positive change. Listening to your story with sensitivity while embracing diverse views and backgrounds is essential. I have been taught to lead with the heart to gain discernment of each individual's ultimate desires and to assist with transforming inaccurate mindsets.
