In time, we can work to resolve the causes and build skills to help you navigate your emotions with more ease.
Many of us struggle finding ways to approach problems that will render the least amount of consequences. For some, this can look like self-harm, substance use, and even avoidance, big arguments, or impulsively calling/texting. I use a trauma-informed lens to guide treatment to help us get to the core what and why something isn't working in your life.
