I have tried therapy and it didn't work. I have heard this from clients so many times. The truth is, therapy is not a "one size fits all" type of service. There are many different types of therapy and many different types of therapists. I partner with my clients to customize their treatment plan to fit their preference for treatment style/modality as well as to meet their personal goals. I have helped many people manage a wide variety of struggles including those related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and symptoms related to trauma - just to name a few.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and accepting environment where we can work through barriers that are holding you back from living a peaceful, joy-filled life.
I have specialized, post-graduate training in many evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS-informed).
