Women's Support Group

This group is for women who would like to increase coping skills and have a forum to discuss their issues with other women in a caring and supportive environment. Aging with Confidence Therapy Group is for people who want to enjoy life, put old issues to rest and look forward to improvement instead of decline. The group addresses anxiety, depression, goal-setting, and challenging negative beliefs about aging. We also address time management and increasing energy.This group runs for 6 consecutive weeks, excluding holidays, and there is an option to continue or have follow up sessions.
