I believe in assisting each client author their preferred life story that embodies well-being while creating opportunities of self-expression via an integrative approach to therapy.
I have worked with clients dominated by narratives of disempowerment and have guided clients unearth their most authentic selves. I embrace a collaborative approach when working with clients who are combating mental health issues, substance use disorders, trauma, relational conflict, depression, grief, anxiety, and life transitional concerns.
