I am Angela Bates, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Maryland, dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to emotional well-being. Angela’s counseling style is empathetic, mindful, and client-centered. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, recognizing the unique needs of each individual, I seamlessly integrate modalities such as psychodynamic, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
