I specialize in assisting people to overcome old programming using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to build self-esteem, and enhance positive coping skills.
I use a warm, strength based, authentic approach to assist individuals in understanding. I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I also use a holistic spiritual approach in my practice, while showing respect to your individual needs using a non-judgmental culturally sensitive style.
