Hello! I offer a safe, supportive environment for healing and exploration, fostering self-compassion and present-moment awareness. I work with clients of all ages (3 and up) supporting them with various issues such as anxiety, behavioral challenges, or difficulties adjusting to life changes like starting school or family transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, promoting mindfulness, empowerment, and authenticity. Clients of mine may have goals to feel more confident, express themselves more effectively, and to form healthier relationships.

Specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, attachment, and trauma, I value each person's unique journey, aiming for you to feel heard, safe, and satisfied. I have trained in play therapy, DBT, CBT, ERP and motivational interviewing.
My practice is affirming of neurodivergent and queer communities. I encourage my clients to show up as their authentic selves as we use conversation, art, play and mindful movement to work towards goals of growth and healing.
