Are you feeling stressed, anxious, depressed or stuck? I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and I offer psychotherapy to help people face life's challenges. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief work, as well as managing life transitions and stress reduction. In a non-judgemental and empathic environment, we will take the time to explore these issues.
I draw from a variety of approaches including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness. We will work together to build a personalized treatment plan, that balances insight and understanding with practical coping strategies and tools. I will take you through the process at your own pace.
