My goal is to guide them towards self-assuredness, emotional balance, and effective stress management during this transformative phase. By changing the way we view life and stressors we are able to change how they affect us. Stress is inevitable, how you allow it to affect your day to day life is up to you.
I believe that talk therapy is one of the best ways to get through the many challenges that life throws at us. I use a cognitive behavioral approach, asking my clients to connect how their thoughts affect their feelings and actions.
