Most of my clients want to be able to love themselves, and to be able to love others. They have a variety of issues that prevent that love from happening: trauma, abandonment, emptiness, anger, compulsions, despair, fear, sadness, grief, lack of boundaries, or boundaries that are too harsh. My clients have inner voices that punish them or isolate them, when they only long to experience a full and satisfying life.
I use a variety of methods that are dependent on the clients' needs. I am a certified Bioenergetic Analyst to address the mind/body connection, I use EMDR for trauma, Gestalt for integration, CBT, EFT for balance, Psychodynamics for the inner child and Mindfulness for the spirit. Above all, I use the therapeutic alliance to enhance the techniques.
