Having over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have found that everyone has within themselves the internal resources for self-healing. My goal as a therapist is to assist you in accessing and further developing those resources. I will help you work through your immediate problems and concerns as well as assist you in addressing past experiences that may be influencing your current emotional state, behaviors and relationships. I work with adults 20 years and older.
Specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, LGBT, and relationship issues. A client-centered approach is used with the understanding that everyone is unique with different needs. I provide constructive feedback and guidance, help you explore options and discover the answers that are right for you.
Each client receives an initial evaluation in which treatment goals are identified, and a treatment plan is developed. I offer virtual appointments, phone appointments, as well as in person sessions.
