My work concentrates on mood management, executive functioning management, eating disorders and body image, coping skills, communication skills, and emotional regulation. Through individual, group, or family therapy, clients learn to identify problems that interfere with achieving a well-balanced, healthy life. The journey of mental wellness is lifelong and often needs someone to listen and hold space for us! The process allows self exploration, growth, and learning effective strategies to manage difficult feelings.

I focus on the whole person and allow each individual to express their needs within their value system. We use a variety of modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Person Centered, and Family Systems to help each client find their path to live a health fulfilled life.

Project SAFE facilitates groups for Elementary, Middle School, High School, and Young Adults. Group is a safe, confidential space where people learn they are not alone in their struggles and negative feelings.
