I specialize in women's wellbeing, pregnancy and postpartum support. I’m also passionate about helping couples learn how to understand each other and find a way back to love.
Since becoming a new mama, I became trained in perinatal mental health and love supporting mamas through pregnancy and postpartum. I have additional training in Emotional Focused Therapy for couples, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Anger Management, and Grief Processing.
