My main goals in therapy are to help you feel less alone with your emotions and to help you feel more understood in your experience as a POC in the United States. As a child of immigrants, I can relate to the unique challenge of straddling two very different cultures and trying to fit in with both. Oftentimes, I will draw from my personal experience of navigating similar cultural, generational, and racial clashes to better support you.
