I have specialties in Attachment (a science of relationships), contemplative living, and in Internal Family Systems. IFS moves us toward self transformation through learning how to accept and connect with all parts of ourselves, and then, inevitably, with others and the world around us. You'll find the work powerful and exciting, and already within you.
My work is informed by the depth of contemplative studies. Contemplative presence--heart-presence--is effective in transforming anxiety and depression, but serves also to initiate a more accurate and profound unfolding of our life as embodied earthlings. Be invited.
