My primary goal is to help individuals looking for assistance in what can be a very confusing mental health landscape. I provide counseling services for individuals as well as consultation/training services for businesses. Very often, my clients are looking for experience, relate-ability in conjunction with a diverse background to help them navigate the challenges they are facing. GSG Counseling, is a veteran-owned and operated business providing counseling, consulting and coaching services focusing on the betterment of individuals and organizations coping with an increasingly challenging environment.
I have over 26 years of experience in the counseling field. Specialties include individual and group counseling, stress management, substance abuse, conflict resolution and personal/executive coaching. Additionally I have significant experience in the military, working with veterans and individuals in the aviation field.
