I am a trauma specialist and couples specialist as well as work with general mental health concerns. I am EMDR-trained for trauma work. For my work with couples I am EFT-trained, having completed an EFT externship as well as Gottman-trained and have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
