I have been licensed in the state of Delaware since 2009 and have been practicing in the outpatient setting since 2010. Prior to that I worked as a therapist in a residential treatment facility, as a mobile therapist providing wrap around services and as a counselor in a drug and alcohol facility.
I mainly utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify more positive ways of thinking and as a tool to help them set their own treatment goals. I also use Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) to help them identify the short term goals that will help them work towards meeting their long term goals.
I take the rapport building process very seriously and meet my clients at their own pace. I am currently accepting clients 16 years of age or older.
