Part of the reason you’ve found you’re way here might involve overwhelming anxiety, stress from relationships or school, lack of boundaries, wanting to increase or better your communication skills, work through new transitions or changes in major life “things”, or doing the deeper dives into trauma. We can explore these things together; work on your healing and feeling more like “you”, and allowing me to support you along the way.
My approach in therapy is working with my clients from a holistic lens- with intention on the mind, body, and relationships. I meet my clients where they are and establish goals together. Some of our sessions might also involve "deeper work", as I offer EMDR an effective addition to my practice. I am an LGBTQ+ allied and foster care informed therapist.
