Hello! I work with young adults, teens and children who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, and other struggles. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe relationship in which you can be heard without judgment, and to challenge you to take practical steps towards healing and emotional health.
For anxiety and OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and ACT principles. When working with children and teens, I involve the parents in treatment and provide coaching on how to best support your children. I also use Internal Family Systems for various issues to help find healing and growth.
Deciding to reach out for help is a huge step that takes lot of courage, and I know it can be challenging to find a good fit. I would love to speak with you and answer any questions you may have about my services, or the counseling process in general. I hope to hear from you soon!
