I work with individuals, couples, and families. As a therapist, I primarily utilize Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help clients learn about themselves and break away from their problems.
I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ population. As a member of this group, I recognize many of us face unique challenges. I also work with people that are in unconventional relationship structures, such as open relationships and polyamory.
