I believe that therapy will have its best results when there is a genuine relationship between the client and therapist, this is why my first goal in treatment will always be to build a strong relationship with you. From there, we will develop a plan guided by your needs to work on the issues important to you. My clients are always in control and choose the challenges they wish to work on in treatment. Clients and colleagues describe me as down to earth and easy going.
I am a fully certified EMDR therapist and frequently use it to treat PTSD. I have a long history working with individuals impacted by trauma and if you are willing, I will gladly join you on your journey of healing. I also utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and IFS and can help you develop various skills to manage depression and anxiety symptoms.
