Hi and thanks for looking at my profile! I have been in the field for 20 years (licensed counselor for 15) and I have worked with many people of different ages and issues. The common thread I see is the need to be seen through eyes of compassion and to make sense of the struggles and experiences you’ve had. What is different about my work is that I have spent over a decade studying the energetic patterns behind the manifestation of psychological issues. Working with Chakra Psychology and astrological archetypes I assist you in understanding yourself and your patterns at a deeper level. I teach this method entitled Sacred Psychology.
I often attune people to their daily habits and ways to align with natural cycles. From a holistic health perspective all imbalance cause problems, thus the importance of understanding your constitution. My study of Neuroscience, (in undergrad), gave me a basic understanding of the brain, and what circadian (and other) rhythms do at a biological level.
Everyone has strengths and there are gifts buried at the bottom of every weakness. I am here to help you see yourself more clearly and course correct what is causing you discomfort.
