I help adults and teens dealing with Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, relationship issues, antisemitism, and histories of abuse.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), and post-modern modalities to guide clients on their journey to achieving their goals. As a queer therapist, there's no shame or judgment in my space – just openness and compassion.
