Some common issues I work with include: stress, career and academic issues, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting challenges, attachment styles and trauma. Our goal together is to empower you and develop skills you can take with you on your journey through life.
Through our work together we will use a variety of therapeutic methods including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Based Practices, Family Systems, EMDR, Meditation, Polyvagal & more. I work with clients to develop a sense of confidence when relating to others, learn how to communicate effectively with clarity, and develop skills for coping with stress.
