My goal is to help you find your strengths so that you can live a happier, more purposeful life at any age. My approach is to treat clients with the therapy that is best suited to them. I find that most of my clients prefer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Cognitive Processing Therapy. However, I believe that empathy is the key to the therapeutic relationship and when that is established the therapy will flow from there.
