I will work with you to understand and identify the best way that therapy can suit your needs. I have a person-centered approach with the utmost positive regard for the individuals who seek my help.
I have over10 years of experience working with adults and children. I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and trauma and those who may be on the spectrum of Autism. I specialize in working with GLBTQ community, the coming out process. I am a Gender Identity Specialist.
I am also particularly skilled at play therapy and the use of sand tray techniques. My clients will often give me feedback they feel genuinely and deeply cared for in our therapy relationship and that I am always willing to go the extra mile with them.
