I enjoy and have 15 years of clinical experience helping individuals and families achieve their goals. I work with a variety of issues and accept most insurance plans. I am a results oriented therapist, and the majority of my clients significantly improve in less than 8 visits.
I have a strong desire for individuals to reach their full potential. I tailor your therapy according to your needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR are treatment methods I use for anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress reduction, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is non-judgemental yet direct & solution focused.
