Gail Bowles has a Master's Degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Walden University. As well as a psychology degree from Argosy University. Gail is dedicated to assisting clients in reaching their personal and relational therapy goals and repairing relationships in a safe, tranquil and supportive environment for a self pay fee of $150. In 2018, she had the opportunity to be a guest on Fox 45 in Baltimore, MD speaking on the subject of Healthy Relationships.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is my theoretical orientation. what we think and the way we think affects our behavior. Couple therapy requires active participation. Couples will engage in exercises to create a deeper understanding of one another. Both parties must give one another time to heal, to understand, and to experience how rich love can be.
I take a non-judgmental approach toward my clients. My empathetic spirit enables my clients to feel safe as they share their concerns. It is my desire to empower my clients as we work together to embrace coping skills so that my clients can be encouraged to live a higher quality of life.
