I mostly work with adults, young adults, and teen girls. I have a particular interest and experience in working with adults with ASD, complex trauma, and life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach, focusing on the strength of the therapeutic relationship, and drawing from existential, family systems, and person-centered therapy.
