Hello! I'm Gabrielle (she/her). I am a somatic and attachment-based therapist. I offer a collaborative, relational approach that is warm and empathetic as well as direct. My goal is to help you develop a foundation of self-trust, so that you can feel more like yourself, respond adaptively to challenges in your life, and experience greater intimacy and fulfillment in your relationships.
My work is often a good fit for people who find that anxiety and self-doubt make it difficult to feel connected to themselves and others, those who feel invisible or overwhelmed in relationships, are experiencing grief and loss, or are struggling to move on from painful or traumatic experiences.
I believe that you make sense, and that you have the capacity to heal and grow, no matter what you’ve been through or how you’re feeling. If you choose to engage in therapy, my hope is that, in addition to feeling supported in therapy, you’ll also be able to be more present and available for other sources of connection, healing, and belonging in your life.
