My aim as a mental health counselor is to create an empathetic and curiosity-driven environment for clients to pursue and explore growth, well-being, and authenticity. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that works towards clients’ goals by examining emotions, unconscious beliefs, the mind-body connection, and relational patterns.
My curiosity tends to go towards clients’ inner parts, so I might ask questions that lead us to explore different parts of you and explore what feelings are coming up from different parts and why? This can sometimes lead back to childhood or previous relationships in your life.

We also submit all claims for you and advocate for higher reimbursement rates on your behalf. We work with PPO and POS plans with out of network benefits.
