Hi, I'm Gabby! I specialize in treating adults, adolescents, and children with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, life transitions and stressors, trauma, family conflict, and parenting challenges. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental space to help support and empower clients as they are facing challenges and making difficult but necessary and beneficial changes in their life. I offer evidence-based, person-centered therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, strength-based approach, family therapy, play-based therapy, and motivational interviewing.
My colleagues and I collaborate to offer in-person therapy in Moreau, NY, and remote therapy by phone and video to anyone in NYS. We offer equine therapy, office-based therapy, and walk-and-talk sessions on the farm in Moreau. Remote therapy sessions are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Finding the right therapist and building a comfortable and strong therapeutic relationship can take time.
