I practice Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you develop deeper self-awareness; we will work together on building the skills you need to live your most fulfilling life and handle any setbacks that come your way. We will look at your daily habits, your “knee-jerk” reactions, and think of ways to tweak them so they better serve you.
I’ve been in the same seat as you and know how vulnerable speaking with a therapist can seem.
