At an early age, I knew that my path in life was to become a therapist. This goal has driven both my education and clinical experiences over the past decade. Over the years, I have worked in clinics serving children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, ADHD, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My experiences have shaped who I am as an individual and has directly impacted my therapeutic style.
My therapeutic process focuses on developing an understanding of what makes each client who they are. I believe each individual is an expert in her or his own life and therefore I encourage my clients to share their story, current challenges, and hopes for therapeutic work.
