I specialize in addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, stressors, and identity issues. I feel honored to accompany and support clients as they grow.
I came to this work from the human rights field. My interest in how resilience is built began while volunteering with refugees. So many had it! I wondered why some do and some don't and how those who don't can learn it. Otherwise, I love kayaking, painting, singing, playing the ukulele, awful action movies, having nature adventures, and cuddling my cats.
