Accepting clients for Fall 2024! Maybe you have tried therapy before, perhaps even several times. It can feel awful to have to start over and feel alone in your journey. Maybe you have taken a multitude of medications, some of which were not even explained to you. In times like these, it is easy to feel misunderstood, unheard, and even hopeless. You want to create and sustain lasting change in your life, but you are unsure of where to turn. You are looking for someone who uses a unique approach with evidence-based research supporting its effectiveness, and someone who will listen during this healing process.

I have a particular passion for working with people who are struggling with their mental health, and I work with my clients using a non-judgemental and empathetic approach. I think of counseling as a team effort; you are your own life expert. For services, I offer normal talk therapy, but I also offer qEEG brain maps and neurofeedback if that is desired.

It can be difficult to reach out at a time when you have been feeling low, especially if you have tried many other ways to feel better or you have been feeling this way for some time.
