I help clients dealing with the impacts of trauma, stress, anxiety, fatigue, or low self-worth get out of that survival mode and get back to being present and engaged in their lives. I also specialize in working with first responders and spouses. Dealing with stressors and difficult experiences is an inevitable part of life, but how it impacts us doesn't have to be. I use an integrative and nervous system-informed approach to help you move forward and feel more connected and regulated. We work together to find the source of your struggles for deeper change.
I am passionate about working with trauma, anxiety, and depression with narrative therapy, self-compassion, parts work, and brainspotting. I'm also certified in Brainspotting. Brainspotting is a mind-body therapy that allows for deeper trauma processing, increases nervous system regulation, and can accelerate the healing process.
Helping clients find the roots of their symptoms and heal from trauma and chronic stressors is my goal. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and specialize in working with First Responders and people who have learned to prioritize others over themselves. Book a free consultation call and we'll get started together.
