I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, with a wide range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. I utilize a wide range of evidence-based treatments in my practice in order to tailor my therapeutic approach to each client's individual needs. I work to create an environment that fosters growth and understanding in order to challenge maladaptive thought and behavioral patterns and work towards living a more present-focused, values-driven life.
I am a clinical psychologist who completed my doctoral training at La Salle University, in Philadelphia, PA. I have experience working with individuals and couples, and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches in my practice.
