I have worked extensively with children, adolescents/teens, adults, families, and couples to meet their individual goals and become more aware of their strengths. I have experience with many issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and domestic violence. I would like to provide thoughtful guidance and help facilitate you making positive changes in your life.
My unique balance of warmth, humor, curiosity, and transparency help create a therapeutic environment where my clients are comfortable and feel safe while they work through difficult challenges. As a wife, sister, daughter, and friend I find that I am able to relate to as well as provide clinical consultation on various things you may going through.
