I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 10 years of professional work experience. I provide individual therapy to adults experiencing depression, stress, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I enjoy supporting people in meeting their goals in an empathetic and supportive way. I work collaboratively with individuals to heal patterns that are creating difficulties in their lives. We will work together to challenge the thoughts and feelings that are preventing you from meeting your goals and being your true authentic self. I am licensed in Massachusetts, California, and Florida.
As therapy is an individual process, I tailor my approach to the needs of each person. My aim as a therapist is to provide a warm and comfortable space for self-reflection, with the goal of helping my clients gain more insight into their lives/behaviors and finding the courage to make changes. I am offering remote therapy at this time.
I believe in creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My primary therapy approach is Humanistic with emphasis on client-centered Rogerian therapy. I also draw heavily from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approaches.
