I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I completed my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University and my B.A. in Psychology at Fairfield University. I use an integrative approach, implementing techniques from CBT, ACT, ERP, and other evidence-based treatments depending on the client's needs.
