I am a LCSW and I have been working as a social worker since 1997. I have been providing counseling since 2004. I work with adults who are struggling with a wide range of challenges and stressors including anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, and trauma. I also have certificates in substance use treatment.
I provide sessions telephonically which supports counseling without having to leave your own home. My role is to provide a safe, validating environment where you can discuss your experiences and explore your emotions. My goal is to empower you through self-exploration and to provide coping strategies and tools you can utilize on a daily basis.
