Hello, I am so glad you're here! My focus is to work with young athletes and parents to help them reach top performance. Playing sports is more than learning the sport itself, the mind is also involved in this process & sometimes this can hinder progress, I’m here to help! I have also worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting and career challenges. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and dialectical-behavioral therapy. I also use motivational interviewing techniques and solution-focused techniques. We can collaborate to meet your specific needs.
My therapy style is relaxing and interactive, I like for the client to be empowered and guide the sessions. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in judgmental labels.
