I have spent my career working with individuals struggling with addiction and other co-occurring disorders, and I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community and related issues. My approach to clients is relationship-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I utilize a variety of counseling approaches, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Adlerian Therapy.
