Hello, my name is Gabe Guth and I'm so happy you're here! Sometimes the hardest part about self-care is just getting started and you've already completed that often difficult first step. I love working with individuals who have never been in therapy before to help demystify the process and create an understanding of why therapy can be so effective. Currently, I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as loss, depression, shame, social anxiety, and life transitions such as starting school or changing careers.
My approach is non-judgmental and comes from a place of compassion and empathy. I specialize in decreasing feelings of shame to better understand what is at the core of your concerns. In addition to my formal training, I served in the United States Navy and enjoy working with fellow veterans and the unique challenges they face.
