Helping couples and individuals grow stronger and more resilient to overcome life challenges, and to enjoy greater self awareness and a positive self image is at the heart of my work with clients. I have been married for 32 years and have both biological and adopted children, with various special needs, who have provided me with a wealth of life experience and a desire to see other families thrive personally and in relationship with each other. I have worked with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and difficult relationships. Having someone to walk with during the difficult chapters in life can make all the difference.

As a therapist, I believe that you are capable of living a meaningful and healthy life. My role is to work alongside my clients to provide a safe, empowering, supportive and collaborative environment to support growth and change. Working with adolescents and young adults is something I'm passionate about. I strive to meet my clients where they are at and to be mindful of neurodiversity and cultural background, continuing to seek training and education to expand my ability to utilize evidence-based practices to support my clients.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in the state of Georgia. I graduated with my masters degree from Florida State University. I am passionate about helping teens to young adults who have experienced trauma or abuse, and individuals whose current life stressors are negatively impacting their ability to navigate the day to day of life without feeling overwhelmed and unmanageable. I seek to help my clients identify what they experienced, how it is interrupting their life now, and assist them in developing healthy coping skills and goals to move through life with more joy and ease.

Stepping into counseling can be a confusing or intimidating process. However, it is a courageous step towards healing. My hope within the counseling session is to join you wherever you are in that process to see the world through your frame of reference. I believe that every person holds strength and resilience that can be brought to light and utilized throughout this process. The Psychological Diagnostic Center specializes exclusively in psychological assessments/evaluations for individuals age 2 to 99. PDC utilize widely-recognized and national standardized psychological tests to perform comprehensive evaluations that get you the answers and recommendations needed to get you back on track to living fully.

At Goshen Therapeutic Services, we believe that there is hope for all who are in need of mental health support.
