Client's that I typically work with experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, work-related stress, premarital/marital conflict, PTSD, family conflict, grief/loss. My theoretical approach is comprised of Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am open to using approaches that benefit the client. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have also worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
