Life can often feel messy and chaotic. My passion is to help bring order out of chaos to facilitate growth and peace. Many of my clients present with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stressful life transitions and circumstances, perinatal mental health concerns, or they report feeling a little “off” and are seeking help to feel more like themselves again. I work best with clients who are engaged and motivated to see changes in their lives, and I have a great love for coming alongside people to help them move towards becoming the best version of themselves.

Having someone to walk alongside you in your journey to psychological/emotional health can move you from surviving into thriving. Navigating life can be stressful, overwhelming, and at times painful. Dealing with difficulties like life transitions, stress, managing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or making seemingly impossibly difficult decisions, all the while trying to maintaining positive self-esteem and finding helpful ways to cope with life demands, is a really hard thing to do. Feeling close to the people we love can feel hard when we struggle to find the ability to be vulnerable in a tough world.

I'm so glad you've decided to take the first steps in this journey! I work primarily with young adults, children, adolescents, and individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. I enjoy working with people exploring their identity, navigating life transitions, experiencing anxiety/depression, and trauma. As a relational therapist, I use a person-centered approach and believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the strongest tool in therapy. I aim to create a collaborative and compassionate environment during my sessions, striving to provide a non-judgmental and affirming approach to my practice.
